By booking with Frosty Brothers LLC or purchasing services through our website, you agree to the following terms:

  • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
  • A minimum purchase of $200 is required for each event. This includes up to 2 hours of service or until the spending cap is reached.
  • Events that go over time can continue with additional purchases of $100/hour, provided our schedule allows.
  • Only one payment method is accepted per event (no checks or split payments).
  • If payment is delayed beyond 15 minutes after the scheduled event end, a late fee of $100/hour may be applied.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed for all guests due to crowd size and inventory limits.
  • Photos or videos taken during your event may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service due to extreme weather, safety issues, or emergencies.

Frosty Brothers LLC does not warrant or guarantee that the website and/or services will operate and/or be available at all times without disruption or interruption, or that it will be immune from unauthorized access or error-free. Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, there may be some limitations such as some pages not being accessible or the appropriate technological solution not yet being available. Please contact us with any complaints so that we may attempt to fix them.

In no event shall the website owner be liable for any damages, including but not limited to: (a) Loss of use or access to the website; (b) Loss of profits or business opportunities; (c) Special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any alleged non-compliance with any disability-related laws or regulations. (d) In no event will we be liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, arising from or related to any claims for website accessibility.
